Before sending a message, it is worth checking the FAQ on the ogg to mp3 converter page. Most questions about file size limits, browser compatibility, and audio quality are answered there.
If a converter is not working for you, the most useful information you can include is your browser name and version, your operating system, the approximate size of the file you were trying to convert, and any error message that appeared on screen. This lets us reproduce the issue quickly and push a fix.
We are actively building out the site. If there is a conversion direction or audio format you need that is not currently available, we want to hear about it. Batch conversion, additional output formats, and quality settings are all things we are considering for future updates.
